Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern access to StudyHub and purchases of digital revision bundles.
1. Supplier and contract
StudyHub is an online digital-content service operated by JP Van Wyk in South Africa. A contract is formed when StudyHub accepts an order and payment is confirmed or an authorised administrator grants delivery.
2. Products and scope
Products are downloadable ZIP compilations of revision material. Each live product page identifies the grade, subject, year or range, bundle type, price, file count and verified paper-and-memo pair count. Availability reflects actual catalog coverage and does not imply complete provincial or national coverage.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in South African rand. Payments are processed by PayFast. StudyHub does not store full bank-card details. An order may remain pending until backend payment confirmation is received.
4. Digital delivery
Delivery occurs electronically by download link and/or email after payment confirmation. Customers must provide a correct email address and keep download links private.
5. Immediate performance
At checkout, the customer requests immediate digital delivery after payment confirmation. Any cooling-off or cancellation right is subject to applicable South African law and lawful exclusions for digital content or services commenced with consent. Nothing in these terms removes a non-waivable statutory consumer right.
6. Acceptable use
A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private study. Customers may not resell, publicly upload, redistribute, decompile, republish or commercially exploit StudyHub ZIPs, manifests, software, catalog data, page designs or original study resources.
7. Third-party materials
Underlying examination papers, memoranda, departmental marks, names and source documents may belong to government departments, examination authorities or other owners. StudyHub does not claim ownership of third-party works. StudyHub’s ownership applies to the platform, software, original text, selection, verification metadata, organisation, manifests and bundle compilation to the extent permitted by law.
8. Availability and errors
StudyHub may correct catalog errors, remove a disputed file, replace a broken ZIP or suspend a product. If paid content cannot be supplied, StudyHub will provide a suitable remedy consistent with applicable law.
9. Liability
StudyHub is a revision-support service and does not guarantee marks, admission, promotion or examination outcomes. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Complaints
Send order, payment, delivery or legal complaints to examtestgenius@gmail.com with the order ID and relevant evidence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
