Privacy and POPIA Request

Use this process to request access, correction, deletion or objection relating to personal information.

How to submit a request

Email examtestgenius@gmail.com with the subject “StudyHub POPIA Request”. Include the customer email, applicable order ID, request type and enough information to verify the requester.

Request types

• Access to personal information held by StudyHub.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion where retention is not legally required.
• Objection to processing where applicable.
• Complaint about privacy or security handling.

Identity verification

StudyHub may request proportionate evidence before disclosing or changing personal information. Never send passwords, full card details or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

Information Regulator

A data subject may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator using the regulator’s official channels.
